Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping to our clients.

All orders are shipped via ePacket USPS First Class Mail Service.

Orders

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of purchase.

All processed orders are shipped out within 48 hours and will take approx. 3 weeks total to arrive.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking # and confirmation.

Please email us if you have not received shipping confirmation email.

Returns and Exchanges

Changing/Cancelling an order

Please note that we are able to make changes to your order if it has not been shipped yet. If you wan to change anything in your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can not longer make modifications to your order.

Please insure to include your order number and changes that you need to make.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund or receive another item of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. All merchandise must be in its original condition and undamaged. 

Full refunds are given within 15 days of receiving the order.

Free exchanges are given within 30 days of receiving the order.

We do not resell returned items.  The returned item is a loss for us and lacks of commercial substance. 

You will have to cover shipping cost of the return order. Please ship via USPS Mail Service First-Class Package International Service. Rates start from $9.50 USD per mail piece. Please contact nearest Post Office for more details. As the item become used, we also advise to indicate value of the package less than $20.00 USD.

Return and Exchange Process: 

Before sending your return to us, please:

  1. Email your request to our customer care team at sales@ritzyjewellery.com. In your email, please include your order number/receipt.
  2. Ship your return.
  3. When we receive your return, it takes 1-2 days to process it. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise (ies) you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.

DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN WITHOUT CONTACTING OUR SUPPORT TEAM AND AS IT WILL DELAY THE EXCHANGE OR REFUND PROCESS.

Damages

If your item is damaged within 60 days of your order date please email us at sales@ritzyjewellery.com and we will do what we can to help!
